1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

6. Refund Process
Once your return is approved after inspection:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method after collecting the necessary details.
Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 days after approval.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Nestaraa will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

10. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
11. Refund Exceptions
