  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation or order verification (for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives:

Currently, Nestaraa ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
